Dominick Iorio (1978-1982) was one of the top track (indoor and outdoor) and cross country runners in Wagner history. During his career as a Seahawk, Iorio set the school-record in the 800-meter run and was also a part of the school’s record-setting 4x800 relay team.
A testament to his running prowess is the fact that both records still stand today, nearly 30 years later. A co-captain of the track & field team during his last three years on Grymes Hill, Iorio also graduated with the school record in the 600-meter run and as part of the school-record 3,200-meter relay team. Iorio earned his undergraduate degree in 1982 and received an MBA from Wagner in 1984.
