Wagner College Athletics

Charles O. Jopp (1957-1960) played four football seasons as a guard on offense and a lineman on defense under head coach Hall of Fame coach J. Walter "Mickey" Sullivan. He also co-captained the first-ever Wagner College undefeated football team in 1960 (9-0) with Hall of Fame member Wally Pagan, and received the "Outstanding Player Trophy" at Homecoming in 1958.
