Brenda Milano enters the Hall of Fame in her first year of eligibility after a stellar All-Conference career that saw her star at Wagner from 1991-1995. Despite missing what amounted to a full season worth of games, Milano graduated with 1,046 points (12th most at the time) in just 84 career games (12.5 ppg) and was among the top-10 with 382 assists and 148 steals. She guided the Green & White to 48 wins over her four seasons and is generally regarded as one of the finest floor generals to set foot on Grymes Hill. Milano capped her career with an outstanding senior season, averaging 15.0 ppg, 4.8 apg and 3.7 rpg while earning First Team All-NEC and Team MVP honors. Prior to her junior season in 1993-1994, Milano was named to the Preseason All-NEC First Team and went on to average 11.3 ppg, 4.6 rpg and 4.4 apg en route to winning Team MVP honors despite missing 11 games due to an injury. During the 1992-1993 season as a sophomore, she garnered Second Team All-NEC accolades after averaging 13.6 ppg, 5.8 rpg and 5.3 apg. As a freshman, she collected three NEC Rookie of the Week Awards en route to averaging 10.9 ppg, 5.0 rpg and 3.8 apg while being named to the NEC All-Newcomer Team. Milano is in her eighth year as head women’s basketball coach at St. Francis (NY) College in Brooklyn Heights, NY.
