Bob Bosley (1950-1954 was one of the top basketball talents at Wagner in the post World War II era. Over his four years, Bosley scored a then school-record 1,532 points while posting a 19.0 ppg career scoring average, highlighted by a 21.1 ppg average in 1951-1952. Bosley was the first Seahawk player to eclipse the 1,000-point plateau, and was recognized by many as one of the top players in region during his time. His 1,532 career points stood as the program standard for 17 years before it was broken in 1970 by Ray Hodge.
